Where Reliance undertakes manufacture or assembly, once the design is validated and the build standard is fully defined, it is launched with the help of the New Product Introduction (NPI) team.

Reliance engineers will ensure that production personnel are fully briefed in any specific assembly and test requirements for a project and are always on hand for support, to ensure that products are fully in line with customers’ requirements. Change requests and engineering issues arising will always receive appropriate attention from Engineering to ensure that actions are carried out in line with the original objectives.

Spares, obsolescence, project closure tasks and even re-launches after previous shipments have been completed will always benefit from engineering input.
